A short Health & Safety Talk before entering the alpaca areas.
We will walk you through our fields of grazing alpacas and give you an interesting talk and facts about alpacas and their fabulous fleece and what we use it for.  Learn about the Alpacas and some individual characters and best of all meet our babies (cria).
At the end of your visit you will be able to see a small selection of Alpaca Products and gifts available to purchase.
What is Needle felting?
Needle felting is fast becoming one of the most popular forms of model making in textiles.
Needle felting uses special ‘barbed’ needles, repeatedly stabbing into
wool fleece, this tangles the fibres together, building the layers and
shaping to model and create your own miniature felt sculpture.  Adults can have a go at needle felting with Cookie Cutters with our alpaca fleece.

Needle felting is not suitable for children due to small parts and sharp needles.  Children will be able to decorate there very own clay alpaca to take home.
Mini Alpaca Walks
For those who wish to take an alpaca for a walk, we will be offering mini walks around our small paddock for an additional £2 per person.
We will show you how to handle and lead your very own alpaca for a short walk.  Great opportunity for a cuddle a photo with these adorable addictive  animals.  Sorry this is not suitable for children under 6 years.  Children aged 6 - 12 years need to be accompanied by an adult capable of taking the lead if the child is uncomfortable or unable to lead their alpaca or a double rope can be used for small children.

Hand Feed an Alpaca
Included in the price is a small amount of feed,  to hand feed an alpaca (if you wish to), get up close and have a chance to stroke them and take photos.
Our specially trained Alpacas Apatchie, Avatar, Joseph, Archibald and Apollo will be available to feed in a controlled environment.  If you enjoyed meeting them you may like to  book to come back on one of our group alpaca walks or why not "Adopt" one for a whole year.  See our "Adoption Package" page for more details.  Adoptions make great gifts for Christmas or any occassion.

Limited spaces.  All Tickets must be pre-booked.  Book tickets today to avoid disappointment.  Complete the booking form below and Click Submit
